Summary:

We crafted not only the full branding for Richie’s Creations, but also a custom eCommerce website tailored to two distinct user experiences. On one side, users can personalize products directly offered by the brand. On the other, they can request custom sublimation or laser engraving on items they provide themselves. The user journey was designed with clarity and simplicity in mind—an intuitive, user-friendly experience from landing to checkout

Challenge:

Our main challenge was to build a seamless and accessible dual experience that balanced personalization with custom service requests. We needed to ensure users could easily understand and navigate both paths.
